Guest db8tr Posted August 21, 2001 Share Posted August 21, 2001 This story was front page news in the Wichita Eagle today. I found the cache the story describes yesterday. I like how the story emphasizes the family aspect off the sport. Maybe this will entice more people to partiipate in the Wichita area. My only gripe with the story would be the complete omission of the "cache in - trash out" philosophy. When I found the cache 5 days after it was hidden, the area was littered with beer bottles and other trash. I cleaned it up, but I wonder what an impression it would have made on the reporter had the cache hiders cleaned the area after they hid the cache. Oh well... I guess everything can't be perfect.
