If all you want is the cache description (and some logs), one simple way is to load Pocket Queries into the Geocaching App. The Apps fail in various ways without a data connection, but the caches in the PQ work pretty well. But since you have GSAK anyway, can you make one huge text file? PDF or something? Format it however you wish, load it onto the Tablet, do a search for whichever cache you're hunting.
