Guest Waypoint Wherehouse
The "River Bluff" GeoCache was nicknamed for the high banks of the Chattachoochee, not for the mystery surrounding its apparent relocation. The last thing I want to see is a sad face or thumbs down when I read someone's account of trying to find it. I live 150 miles away from Atlanta and I knew a GeoCache would be difficult to maintain, but I had no idea I would have to planning a trip back so soon. Evidently, this stash gets more vists than the cookie jar at Christmas. Should I put it back in the same place, remove it permenantly, or make it more difficult to get to? Guest Quinnow
Well I guess you need to consider a few things for this choice...is it showing heavy traffic as in making a trail? If so then I would say make a note on the site first explaining that as of this date it will be moved to give cachers an advanced warning, then move it a few days later and relist it. or just freshen it up some and replace it. But if you move it then all those people that have already found it will have a brand new hunt to go for. ------------------ Quinn Stone Rochester, NY.14616 www.Navicache.com Quote Link to comment
