Eliza.239 Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I have a Magellan Explorist 310. It worked fine, then I connected it to my computer and downloaded Magellan communicator. When I unplugged the device, It would not stay on. I kept turning it on and it would begin starting up then a few seconds into that, the picture fades off. I never get to see the menu or anything. What is wrong, how can I fix it? Please try connecting the GPS to the computer and then delete the gpx files contained in the Geocache folder on the unit. After you have deleted the files, then see if it starts correctly.
