I am part of a group where I live (Oxford, GA) and I have a friend in Brunswick who is interested in organizing a group. If there is enough interest, I will host/build a website and discussion forum where the group can organize events and cache runs! Quote Link to comment

Set-up an event in the area you want to start the group and see who comes. Use that to see if interest is there. Then build a website. Personally a Facebook page is the best.
