Guest CrotalusRex
I know it's not exactly a GPS unit but it is the perfect vehicle for traveling about the backcountry looking for that elusive cache! It's a 1966 Series IIa Ex British Army Land Rover Ambulance that I have converted into an overland Camper. 75000 original miles on strong engine and less than 5,000 miles on rebuilt transmission. 4x4 system in excellent condition. Good tires, new brakes and new seats in '98. Camper sleeps 2-3 people on nice new 4" thick foam pads. Sink w/running water w/external hookups and 7gal. holding tank. External summer shower. Dual skylights. Roof mounted 40 watt solar pannel and dual batery charging system maintains charge on batteries and provides power to acessories when camping. Sony AM/FM/CD player. Many new and used parts and extras included with sale! I love this vehicle but I must sell due to college funding problems...$8,000 or best offer.
