Tagged Pictures and personal map

Recently purchased a Garmen Oregon 550 and am going out tonight Caching for our first time. I would love to be able to take pictures with our Oregon and upload then to our own personal Map. Is this possible? If so what program do I use....Google Maps? Or can I use Basecamp with my Ontario Backroads? or GSAK? I am new too Basecap and GASK but was able to upload my query to my unit...a big fisrt hurdle...lol.

Just be careful you don't give away the locations of Unknown/Puzzle caches and the final stage of multicaches with the location data recorded on the photos, or where your track goes!

BaseCamp will do this, you can even geotag photos from a regular digital camera. You can also do that with Geosetter. In both cases you synchronize the time stamps on the photos to the tracklog.
