+corv.adventure.club
after finding a 1000 geocaches with my trusty eTrex I decided to treat myself and get a Garmin Oregon 550t the problem I am having is I was so used to the giant arrow guiding me around I could the eTrex set it in my lap and follow the general bearing and hop from geocache to geocache. I am finding the navigation to geocaches with the Oregon 550t tricky unless someone is with me to tell me what what streets to turn on to and nearly impossible to use solo when I am driving. Has anyone else had this problem and are there any settings that anyone has found that might make my geocaching life easier with the Oregon series gpsr... I am seriously considering returning it and going back to my eTrex Thank you! Ryan Edited April 8, 2012 by corv.adventure.club Quote Link to comment

+Cacheoholic
I prefer the geocaching nearest dashboard. Quote Link to comment
