EMails not arriving for logged cache, but only for a new created cache

Hi all,

i found different topics on a similar issue.

 

I created a new cache last weekend (4th march 2012).

But for this cache i don't get mails when a user logged this cache on the gc.com site. For my older caches the log-emails still working.

The mails are not in a spam/junk-folder, nor on the mail-provider mailbox (gmx.ch)

 

Anyone with the same problems ? Solution ?

 

The new cache is GC3DVCQ - as i said, only with this one log-mails not working.
