+Renegade Knight Posted March 21, 2003 Share Posted March 21, 2003 It takes time to go out and get permission from the land owner to place a cache. If it's the government it takes even more time. During that time anyone who happens to have a similar idea can go out and actually place the cache. When you are done, you diligently go forth and place your cache only to find that someone aced you. Being aced isn't the problem really, the problem is when the person who aced you pretty much makes your cache unapprovable by proximity. Now you have a problem. You got the rights, but the other dude is getting the action. Wherever you go there you are. Link to comment

Plus to discuss means to prevent problems like this from happening in general. The other thread is to get the ball rolling on solving a specific problem. Wherever you go there you are.
