+EdrickV
Can't tell what it might be without a picture, but I suspect it may be a property boundry marker. (Which wouldn't be in the National Geodetic Survey database.) The benchmark database on this site is old, but there's nothing in the current NGS database within a mile of those coordinates. Nothing on Waymarking.com either. From looking at Google Maps and My Topo maps I think it would likely be a property boundry marker for Cedars of Lebanon State Park. A picture would help identify it more positively. There may be more too, from My Topo it looks like there might be one near the road to the north, and one near the road to the east. But I'm not really sure if there are markers, and even if there were markers it's possible they may no longer exist. Rather then the benchmark search here, I would use this: http://benchmarks.scaredycatfilms.com/ Nothing shows up as far as marks in that specific spot, but on the Google Maps view you can see the green area for the park, and in My Topo view it seems to show boundry lines for the park, with square icons at the corners.
