From the article: "(a) small plastic pipe ten yards from the railroad tracks at the start of Annsville Trail and placed under the transformer of a telephone poll". From the comments: "There is a very likely possibility this geocache was relocated by Hurricane Irene. The last date it was found was 8/26/11, which was a few days before the storm, which hit on Aug. 28. The area where it was found flooded a few feet." Quote Link to comment

I guess Peekskill isn't the hopping, rocking place it once was! Now, be sure to label all Geocaching devices. Again, I the authorities did a great job pre and post dealing with this.
