+Team KTO'Brien Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 Can't seem to get my new Garmin Montana 600 (running version 2.70 of the system software) to give an audible alarm for my proximity alarms. Oh, it gives the visual screen alert, but no sound. I checked the alarm settings and they seem to be properly set to give an audible blast, but I still get nothing. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any fix? Quote Link to comment

The reason I ask is because when my 650 is in the auto mount, I do get sounds "if" the alert pops up. I say if because larger POI files with proximity alerts still do not work properly.
