+ObiWan619
I couldn't find anything on this, so I was wondering if there is any way to produce a PQ by the cache owners username? Seems this would be a fairly simple field to search and group by. Any thoughts? I am using an iPhone 3GS. Edited July 24, 2011 by ObiWan619 Quote Link to comment
+user13371
I don't think GC's pocket query generator will let you do that. However, as you have an iPhone... Get Geosphere. THEN make regular pocket queries for the area you're interested in and download them to your phone. Geosphere will let you filter on any text in your database, including the CO's name, and export that subset as a file on its own. Quote Link to comment

+Walts Hunting
This has come up a bunch of times over the years. Look over in the feedback section they may have it over there. Nothing said here reaches the froggies ears. GSAK is the tool that does it and many more things Edited July 24, 2011 by Walts Hunting Quote Link to comment
+user13371
Thanks, that looks like it will do what is needed! You're welcome. I use this trick and others with Geosphere to extract small PQs from a much larger set on my phone. I send those back to my Mac to load on my "real" GPS--an older Garmin that only holds 500 waypoints. It's not GSAK but it does what I need -- and was a lot cheaper and very, very fast. Amazing that it runs on the phone! Edited July 25, 2011 by Portland Cyclist Quote Link to comment
