+Monkers
I've got a Garmin 550 and have a bunch of found geocaches now and want to log them in my geocaching.com. How do I do it? Please note that I have Basecamp and EasyGPS downloaded but don't really know how or when I use them as I havn't had a requirement up to now. Thank you Quote Link to comment
NordicMan
Personally call me old fashioned or whatever but I log the finds manually at my home PC at the end of the day/trip. I just use the field note option to write myself shorthand reminders for retrieval at home. MUCH rather type on a real keyboard than on a tiny GPS Quote Link to comment

MUCH rather type on a real keyboard than on a tiny GPS I think he's asking how to do exactly that Go here: http://www.geocaching.com/my/uploadfieldnotes.aspx and upload the geocache_visits.txt file from your Oregon. That will convert all teh stored field notes to stub log entries, which you can use to convert to real log entries. When you're done, you can delete the geocache_visits.txt file for a fresh start.
