+ClayArtist Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 I'm due to upgrade my phone soon and am looking for feedback from users of the iPhone one the Verizon network. For those that don't know, Verizon has been notorious for crippling the GPS feature of many phones, so that GPS only works with their Verizon Navigator software. Supposedly, all newer phones after a year or so ago, were being released with the GPS fully functional. However, when I looked at the GeoCache Navigator page, there are still many Verizon phones that aren't supported. So, I am wondering if there are any geocachers out there that have used the new iPhone with the Verizon network yet. If so, how is it working for you? Or, also requesting anyone to post that has knowledge of any problems people are having using the GPS on the Verizon iPhone. Thanks very much! Quote Link to comment
