+DicknLinda70
Tried to find the answer in a previous post, but gave up. I went to Mexico in February and downloaded some caches to look for just in case the opportunity came up. I found one of the caches, but didn't look for any others. My question is: How do I delete the caches I didn't look for from my Garmin 62s? The only way I've figured is to show them as found, but that would be cheating!!! Quote Link to comment
+StarBrand
The only way to delete a geocache from that unit is to delete the GPX file off the unit that contained the cache information. Any other caches in that file will be deleted as well. Quote Link to comment
+Team CAT9
I am still waiting for my 62,but from my experience with a 60, I could delete way points associated with a specific icon, or I could delete all of them. Route in is Find> Geocache> Menu> delete> choose what you want. That got rid of all the geocaches, but none of my waypoints like home etc. Quote Link to comment
+W7WT
The 62 is different than the 60. Hook it up to your computer and go to the computer page and it will show you the files on the 62. Go to the Garmin file and the GPX file and open it up and as Starbrand mentioned delete the file. Quote Link to comment
