Invisible Bug?

I'm trying to figure out why my Eensy Weensy Spider isn't showing up on the tracking page of of the cache that it was recently placed in.

 

It looks like the cacher did everything right, as far as logging is concerned. The TB page shows it as having been placed in the cache, and the link to the cache is there...but the top of the TB page still shows it in the hands of the cacher, and the cache page shows no travel bug link or icon.

 

Does anybody know why it's not tracking to the cache, and what I need to do to fix it?

That is wierd... it does seem like everything was done right. I bet you he deleted or edited his post after the original drop off. Have you been in contact with them at all?

Yes, actually he did edit the post.

 

If you do that, do you have to reselect the option to place the bug? (And if so, will it still recognize it as being in your inventory?)

I had that problem trying to fix a bug of mine's travel log... I tried to log a section of the bug's movement cause the cacher hadn't yet..when I tried to delete the note it also deleted my bug placement, in the mean time the bug was picked up again and moving so it got real confusing and I just gave up and we missed that cache stop on our map. I would think that you should be able to just grab the bug by logging it's page... then place it yourself in the cache. But don't hold me to it

Team Big Bro was kind enough to try one more go around at getting the logs corrected for EWS and the cache he was placed in. He now shows on the inventory, and reflects his correct mileage accumulation.
