We are hoping to do this long distance trail soon, and just wondered if anyone has a list of caches along the way? Thanks.

I've created a "caches along a route" route for you.

There's only a handful of caches directly on the path, so this PQ preview shows all caches half a mile either side.

The Wold way splits at Market Weighton and you can take either path around the town which would also bring Londesborough Ramble 1 & The Bonus cache into the list. However to complete the series would involve you a lot of backtracking and add many miles to your walk.
