AE5D
Today I logged AF9536, but as far as I can tell, this is the same location (within millimeters!) of DF5387 and DF5388. Additionally, it is ten feet directly above CS3400. The first three refer to the GPS antenna for the Arlington CORS. The last is a brass disk under the tower. Actually I didn't notice the brass disk when I was there, but can I take credit for three benchmarks with this find? I have a web page about this benchmark at http://www.akdart.com/arl5.html Quote Link to comment
+xargs
This leads me to think...who has managed to get the most benchmarks into a single photograph? I found a location today where I think I can get four... Quote Link to comment
+Black Dog Trackers
shrdlu, I don't know how you will get any 'credit' for the DF PIDs - they aren't in the database. Quote Link to comment

I found them in a radial search at http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/datasheet.prl ...and you can look them up by PID also. But you are correct -- they aren't in the Geocaching database. ArtMan
Xargs wonders about most benchmarks in a single photo. I don't have the photo, but there are three stations within a radius of a few meters on the DC-VA boundary, near Arlington's famed Iwo Jima Marine Corps Memorial: HV1695, HV1695, and HV7765. I suppose you could get the Washington Monument (HV4442) in the background :-) Quote Link to comment
+chaosmanor
I've got three in one photo in two different locations along the Malibu Coast; one near Point Mugu SP and the other at Point Dume. Actually, the shot at Dume has two others (that I know of) in the shot, but they are miles away, in the Santa Monica Mountains, so that probably doesn't count. If you get a shot with four discs or whatever in one shot, please post it here! So many caches; so few pairs of decent shoes Quote Link to comment
