if you use firefox, download and install an add on called Xinha. When you go to the long description box, right click and select "Open Xinha here"

From here you can add all your text, and include links to your photos from photobucket or flikr (or whatever you use for storing photos)

Hit the convert to html button and enter.

Also make sure you have the "Discriptions are in html" box ticked on the cache page.

I like to include a picture or see them in the page description. Perhaps because they do not appear in my Colorado and I enjoy seeing them, whether it be on the phone or the computer. They can help me decide if I want to visit the cache.

If I decide to use a picture on my cache page, I usually upload the pictures to the page I just created, copy code the url of the picture (you can drag the picture to the address bar so that only the picture is displayed and then copy the address from there). I then go back and edit the page to include the photo using html codes. You can also upload pictures to alternative sites and use the url of the photos from those sites.

The basic code is <img src="http://url.jpg">, but you can fine tune it by using various html formatting codes: align (to set where it appears on the page), height or width (to control its size), hsace or vspace (to add buffering between the picture and the text). If you google information about "html graphic codes" you can find in depth explanations of this, which do a far better job of explaining it than I can on this forum.

Its a good idea to learn how to format graphics on the web page using these codes so that the picture does not take over the entire page. Keep height and width relatively small so people who look at your page do not have to scroll around the photo. If you see a picture on someone's page, and you like way it is displayed, you can look at the page source to see how it was coded and have an example for you to use. You can always experiment a bit to see how it looks on your cache page.
