I would try ebay, let it sell for what it brings, I see no use for geocaching, so you aren't getting any takers.

I don't think your price is too high but the audience here is not the one you want to target. That software is for professional mapping users. Cachers here that own a Delorme handheld can use it to make their own custom maps but they can get that capability with a few less features by purchasing the base Xmap software for much less. As you did once before, list it on Ebay and mention the listing on the Delorme forums.
