+XeresDan
Hello! I'm new here. I hope somebody can help me. I'm registered as a Premium member on GeoCaching.com I'm registered on GSAK 7.7.0.109 I downloaded GPSBabel I made a Pocket Query, downloaded it in .zip format. I unzipped it. I used GPSBabel. Input: GPX XML (.gpx), Output: Google Earth Keyhole (.kml). I put it in my GPS favorites folder, on the memory card. But, I just have the GC-names and coordonates. I would like to know if there is a way to have more details, such as size, difficultu, terrain, logs, etc... Any help is welcome!! Quote Link to comment
+ventura_kids
Now that's a complex question. I usually just open that compressed folder with GSAK. Then I mess around and select the caches I want and export them to my Garmin using Mapsource. (mps) I also dump the file (gpx) into my Garmin Nuvi.... all the data stays with the gpx format. It kinda depends on where you want to put the data....what gpsr you have.... Quote Link to comment
+XeresDan
Oupss. I said it in the subject line. I forgot to say it in my question. It's a NDrive Touch. It only imports .kml format. Quote Link to comment
NordicMan
You can tweak the output from GSAK to include some more information into the .kml file,, you should be able to get the difficulty/terrain rating, size, owner, maybe even the hint. But I doubt you're going to get the description or any of the past logs, you're asking too much of that specific device. But that extra bit should be sufficient? Quote Link to comment
