Another publication not listed on the NGS “History” page is available in hard-copy at the NOAA Libraries in Silver Spring, MD and Miami, FL. The title is “Descriptions of bench marks in the United States: with a readjustment of the level net and resulting elevations” 1934. It is not available on-line.
