It will come with the Trip and Waypoint Manager Software, USB Cable, Belt Clip, and Instruction Booklet. This GPS is great, but I haven't been able to use it as much as I'd like. It has a full color screen, barometer, and altimeter. It also has a dedicated geocaching mode. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the unit. Also, I own the Garmin Recreational Lakes and Fishing Hotspots software. If you'd like I can load the unit with your favorite lakes. It includes things like depth contours, navigation structures, weedbeds, and other cool features. What's also nice is the fishing hotspots. There are fish icons on some of the lakes and when you click on them with the GPS, it gives tips about the species and presentations for these spots. Usually also tells you the type of structure underneath, i.e. sandy/rocky bottom. Pretty sweet when fishing an unfamiliar lake.
