He is the youngest member of the tetley tea people. He is holding some symbals. It was his 1st trip out and he is lost. Can ne one help. I see that you have no choice but to wait it out. However, you logged a "find" twice on the same cache. In reality, your second entry should be as a "posted note", not as a "find". TBs oftentimes show up in the system unexpectedly after being lost for quite some time. Have seen recent posting of TBs lost for 2 years suddenly showing up and traveling again. 'Tis a mystery.
