Rocky31186 Posted September 18, 2009 Share Posted September 18, 2009 Well I just picked up a triton 400. Worked just fine when I pulled it out of the package. (bought it new off craigslist) Got home, installed the disk and downloaded everything.. Connected my GPS to the computer using the USB cord.. Downloaded the latest soft ware from the program. When it was finished It doesnt work now. There is a white screen that says file, run, upgrade, and exit.. .None of which do anything... Not sure what to do.. After reading all of the reviews I guess I wish I would have bought a new garmin.. Maybe I will just resell this one... Has anyone else had this problem before? Quote Link to comment

The call center is only open from 8-5 and i work 7:30-7.. so it was closed. but I will check out the triton forums.. Might end up just buying a garmin and selling this one since everyone seems to have problems with them.. Quote Link to comment
