Well I posted on the triton forums to see what all I could download and what not.. But I was hoping that someone else with a triton 400 could explain how they send the cache's to the GPS... I have it connected to my lap top but it wont send to my gps.. Basically I tried downloading the filmware and the GPS screwed up.. Got the "white screen" and had to send it in to get fixed.. So I got a new one sent back to me.. and I want to use it!!!! Rocky

I geocache for the adventure.. Its like a worldwide treasure hunt. Its like easter egg hunts on easter! I think its pretty cool that you drive by something a hundred times a month and never knew there was something in the lightpole!

yeah I pulled the batterys and tried reseting it.. The call center is only open from 8-5 and i work 7:30-7.. so it was closed. but I will check out the triton forums.. Might end up just buying a garmin and selling this one since everyone seems to have problems with them..

Well I just picked up a triton 400. Worked just fine when I pulled it out of the package. (bought it new off craigslist) Got home, installed the disk and downloaded everything.. Connected my GPS to the computer using the USB cord.. Downloaded the latest soft ware from the program. When it was finished It doesnt work now. There is a white screen that says file, run, upgrade, and exit.. .None of which do anything... Not sure what to do.. After reading all of the reviews I guess I wish I would have bought a new garmin.. Maybe I will just resell this one... Has anyone else had this problem before?
