Did you get any error messages after you entered tracking number (what's on the coin) and activation code (that you get from the vendour website)? During the activation process were you ever given a reference number (TB-----) after you entered tracking and activation codes? Were you given a chance to re-name your coin, define a mission, write a description? Were you asked where you are (Country and State) and what the date it is? Do you have more than one geocaching account on the computer you used to activate the coin? Quote Link to comment

+Droo Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 (edited) You have probably made an error in transcribing a letter. 0s look like Os, 1s like Is and depending how small the letters are 2s look like 5s and Ss and Zs, 8s like Bs or even 6s sometimes. DOUBLE check you wrote down the code and tracking numbers correctly. Also you should delete it from your post above and avoid posting the tracking number online, or any place else with public access. When you've entered the correct tracking number and activation code you'll be given a reference number (TBxxxxx) which is the one to used to allow people to see your coin's tracking page but not log to it unless they have the tracking number. Virtual logs can lead to the coin page getting frozen, for good. Edited September 15, 2009 by Droo Quote Link to comment
