Gps hard wired to a cell phone?

I was wondering if there is a way to hook a garmin map 60csx to a Moto Q cell phone?? Is there maybe a way to modify a cable for the connection that might work to use the 60 instead of a bluetooth GPSR?

I googled bluetooth 60csx and found this -- http://www.semsons.com/bluetcarchar3.html for $39.99. No idea how well it works.

Rather than purchasing a new Bluetooth GPS receiver, Bluetooth Car Charger can upgrade an existing Garmin GPS into a Bluetooth GPS receiver. Use Garmin GPS as mouse GPS in the car with PDA or as stand along handheld GPS receiver for outdoors.
