(I just installed cachemate) When I go to GSAK to send cache info to my Palm M500 (via File>Export>CacheMate PBD File) I click "Generate" ...it does it's thing then when I click "OK" all I get is a Red X pop-up that says "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Runtime Error Program:C\ProgramFiles\palmOne\quickinstall.exe Abnormal Program Termination This window sits on top of the Palm One quickinstall window. Any thoughts? I am stumped and very frustrated. NordicMan Posted June 13, 2009 Share Posted June 13, 2009 Yes try reinstalling the Palm desktop software. Which desktop version are you using? Is your computer running Win'XP? Vista? After reinstalling the Palm desktop software try FIRST to do a hotsync & make sure all is OK there.. after that is ok THEN try the GSAK export Quote Link to comment
