How to project a way point with Venture HC

There are some new projection caches up locally and instead of using the old compass I was wondering if my Venture HC can project a waypoint. I have looked over the manual and through my unit's menus and such but it doesn't seem (at least to me) that my GPSr supports that type of operation.

 

Alternately, I know that I can project out a waypoint in Mapsource but I was wondering if anyone knew if it could be done on the Venture HC.

Try this:

1. Select Main Menu
   
2. Select Mark
   
3. Press Menu Button
   
4. Select Project Waypoint
   

or:

1. Press and hold Enter Button (joystick) until Mark Waypoint screen shows
   
2. Press Menu Button
   
3. Select Project Waypoint
