Recommended Posts

Geocaching NSW welcomes all to our first Geocaching 101 session

held at the Carlingford Bowling Club, Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford.

Geocaching 101 is a chance for new and experienced geocachers to get together to ask advice, guidance and gather lots of great tips.

If you're brand new to geocaching, it's an excellent opportunity to meet other geocachers who may have a bit more experience under their belt.

For those unable to attend we are planning to record some of it and upload it to our website.

As part of the meeting following motion will be voted on at the Geocaching 101 event.

The association will add the following clauses to the constitution.

42 Non-profit clause

The assets and income of the association shall be applied solely in furtherance of the above-mentioned objects and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the members of the organisation except as bona fide compensation for services rendered or expenses incurred on behalf of the organisation.

43 Dissolution clause

In the event of the association being dissolved, the amount that remains after such dissolution and the satisfaction of all debts and liabilities shall be transferred to another organisation with similar purposes which is not carried on for the profit or gain of its individual members.

The purpose of these clauses to highlight our non-profit status.
