attono
Was wondering if it is better to get City Navigator on micro-SD card or on DVD and a 4gig SD micro. Does a larger SD gain me anything? Quote Link to comment
StarBrand
If you get the software on DVD - you can also use it on the computer for planning and etc. On the Unit or on the micro-sd and you can only use the software on the unit. Quote Link to comment
attono
I already have it on my laptop for use with my Quest, so the question for this device is whether or not I would be able to use the extra space on a 4 gig micro-SD card. Quote Link to comment
Tequila
If you want to use it in more than one unit, consider the card. It can be moved between units. If you only own one unit, with no plans for more, then the DVD is probably better as you can load it on your PC as well. I have the card because I have two units. I load Topo on the GPS and the card contains the CN. Great combo. Quote Link to comment
attono
I already have City Nav on my PC and in my Quest, but have to buy a new version to go into the 400t. Quote Link to comment
