How to convert NG TOPO file to Mapsource?

I have a couple of National Geographic TOPO waypoint files I would like to convert to Mapsource waypoints or get the TOPO files in to GSAK and then I can get it in to my Mapsource program.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd use GPSBabel (free) to convert the NG tpo file to a gpx file that can then be opened by Mapsource
