+CachinSpree
I purchased CacheMate and GSAK last night and I wanted to try and create a PQ. I have a Palm Zire 31 PDA. What are the most commom radio buttons to select when using PQ's? I want to make it a s simple as possible for now. Thanks - CachinSpree Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
It's totally up to you. I personally filter out my own caches and caches that are not active and select caches that I haven't found. I also use the GPX file instead of LOC because it gives you more information. One thing to remember is that when you are filtering it's an AND statement. For example you can't select "Caches that I don't own" and "Caches that I own" because you can't own AND not own a cache. You won't get both, you'll get nothing. So start out selecting as few things as possible and going with mostly the defaults. See what you get, then try to pare it down a bit to get what you really want. Edited December 8, 2008 by briansnat Quote Link to comment
+CachinSpree
I selected a radius of 35 miles within my home coordinates. It shows that there are 1179 caches. Of that 1179, which 500 does it select. If I read everything right, it will be sent to me via e-mail, correct? Thanks - cachinspree Edited December 8, 2008 by CachinSpree Quote Link to comment

Thanks - cachinspree It will select the closest 500 to your home coordinates based on your selection criteria. Quote Link to comment
