+minikinminx
Hi all, I am trying to find a way to put my Magellan Topo CD onto a SD card. I travel a lot and use multiple computers, but only have one GPS. Is there a way I can load the data CD onto my laptops and desk computerso I don't have to worry about losing/ scratching and otherwise demolishing my CD? I see there is an option to purchase the software as a SD card, but mine came packaged... Any suggestions would be helpful! TIA, Julie Quote Link to comment
ryleyinstl
Which Magellan topo product? Most of them require that the CD/DVD be in the drive when the program is running. If you’re looking for a way to back up the CD/DVD just burn a copy. You can use those on your trip and not worry about scratching them up. Quote Link to comment
