Use a blow dryer on the exposed areas. It will seem to itch for a moment then the heat will allow your skin to release the Histamine to relieve your itch. Trust me...it works. Great tip! Now please be kind enough to pont out where that electrical outlet is on the trail. We all know about Tecnu and other products including self-induced ammonia streams, but something Myth Busters did made me think about this a bit. They poured vodka on a jellyfish sting and it dissipated the sting as quickly as the known vinegar cure. I wonder if for those of us carrying that extra special beverage might be actually carrying that back up medicinal purpose. Quote Link to comment
