+Route Explorers
A cacher can't log their retrieval of my geocoin from the cache in which it was placed; the travel bug tracking number they have is the correct one. When they try to log their entry they receive a warning message that, "The Travel Bug code does not match". I have posted a note using the tracking number and I haven't had any problems. What's the best way to resolve this? Route Explorers Quote Link to comment
+BlueDeuce
Usually just a typing error. Copy off your tracking number and have them copy and paste it in the # field. Sometimes people mistakenly try to use the reference number (which is located in the upper left hand corner of the coin page) Edited May 30, 2008 by BlueDeuce Quote Link to comment
+Droo
All your coins except the CND are in the hands of happy cachers so my question is whether the CND coin includes a sequential number alongside the tracking#. And if so is the cacher trying to enter the sequential part of the number as well? Quote Link to comment

Jantaculum
Could they be confusing letters and numbers? ie letter O instead of number 0 or letter I instead of number 1 I've done that myself in the past......... Quote Link to comment
