carlrika
Still a newbie, so sorry if this is a dumb question. I have a new Garmin 60CSx and whenever I try to select "go to" for any waypoint I get an error message reading "Route Calculation Error: No roads near starting point" I have even tried standing in the middle of my street to see if it makes a difference. LOL I loaded city nav maps after I had already used the unit with just base map. Could that be a problem if the new map on the card was not done correctly? thanks in advance if you can help me. we are going on a trip to Giant sequoia forest this weekend and had hoped to use it for navigation! carlrika
nevermind.... I was an idiot and had it set to ignore City Nav map. It was only showing the topo. Everything fine now after swithing it. Almost too many options to configure with this GPS. Not that I don't love it, just getting used to it. Quote Link to comment
