If you're talking about the player, I don't know if there will be a laptop OS version or not in the near future. If you're referring to the builder, Groundspeak seems to be interested in creating a web-based version at a later time. If you have any further questions, please post them in that topic so we can keep things tidy. I'll close this one to prevent duplication.
