Uploading 60csx images to a PC

In one of the geocaching.com cache logs I was reading I saw a cacher had an image of his Garmin 60CS track page and an overlay of the track on google earth, posted as images in his log. Pretty cool actually. How do I capture and upload the track or other pages from my 60CSx to my pc? I'm assuming it's doable via the USB cable that comes with the unit. Do I need special software? Also, if someone knows how to take an uploaded track and/ or waypoints and overlay it on a google earth satellite image I'd much appreciate it.

Thx

As for the track, if you setup the 60CSx to log (but not "save") tracks to the microSD card, ALL the information in the track, from end to end with no truncation, is logged. The file is saved as a standard gpx file by default.

Then, just go into mass storage mode and copy the track file over to the PC. It You can then open the track file (gpx format) in Google Earth and plot it.

Works well. I do this with my 60Cx, and old Legend, too, all the time.
