Feature Request: Filter Unavailable Caches

I would appreciate a (default "on") filter "Hide unavailable Caches" for google maps, pocket queries, ...

For Google Maps, unavailable caches are colored in orange, although there's nothing in the legend that actually tells you this:

 

For Pocket Queries, there is an "Is Active" checkbox that you can select to guarantee that you only get caches that are available:

 

I'd be against making it the default, because there's probably just as many people that would like to see the opposite as being the default. You just need to remember to check it whenever you create a query.
