iweb Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 I have a Platinum that I have had for years and my son just got an Explorist 210. We went out to a cache and he was over 200' feet off and I was 20' from the cache. So standing side by side his lat/long readings were different than the readings on my gps. Driving down the road was the same. Is there a setting on his that might explain this? Quote Link to comment
+embra Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 Check to be sure that datums are set to WGS84 (the 210 would be the prime suspect). This could account for 200' difference. Quote Link to comment
