Glitch?

Could this be a glitch in the system?

 

I took three TB's the other day from Amory Recreation Area GC15J2A. (Green Zelda, Bunny and Nateman) I was able to "retrieve" Green Zelda and Bunny but every time I try to "retrieve" the Nateman TB the system says "No Match Found." When I entre the TB number the correct TB page comes up but it won't allow me to "retrieve" it. I'm using the correct TB number shown on the TB page.

 

Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do about it?

 

I've already placed Nateman in another cache but if I can't "retrieve" it how can I "deposit" it somewhere else?

You need to use the tracking number imprinted on the tag, not the reference number listed on the bug page.
