+Vines Posted September 4, 2007 Share Posted September 4, 2007 I have a question that I think I know the answer to but I'm not 100% sure. I have a Garmin Rino 120...love it by the way. I normally connect it through the standard serial connection to my desktop computer. My laptop computer doesn't have a serial port but it does have 4 USB ports. Will a serial connection or converter allow this unit to synchronize through a USB port? I have USB drivers installed for my other USB type GPSr's but the Rino doesn't seem to work as a USB.
