chuckr30
On the individual cache page there is a button labeled "Send to GPS" and I would like a little info on how to use it. First, I assume my GPS must be connected to my PC somehow. I have a Garmin 76csx connected via USB. - Is this button for premium members only or for everyone? - Does it work with all models or only some? If so, which models does it work with? Thanks! +Miragee
The way I understand, it works with all Garmin GPS units. You have to download a Plugin from the Garmin site first. As I understand it, there is a place to verify the that it is communicating with your GPSr. I believe the button is there for everyone, not just Premium Members. Recently there have been several posts in the Forums stating that it hasn't been working, but I think it is now. Edited July 13, 2007 by Miragee Link to comment

rjhollan
I used this button with no problems before I became a premium member, that was until I found th famous PQ's!!!!! What's a PQ? I've not been able to get the download to work... The Garmin plugin page just never installs the plug-in. I've just been downloading my waypoints in a LOC file and opening that in MapSource, which can push them to the GPS (I also have a 76CSx). Link to comment
+Miragee
Welcome to the Forums! Pocket Queries are files you can get after you become a Premium Member. There is a link on your My Account page where you can create Pocket Queries. Each PQ can contain up to 500 caches and you can get five PQs per day, which is very handy if you live in a cache-rich area, or if you are taking a road trip. Link to comment
