Error on State Map

When I click on the Nebraska state map to zoom in and/or try to identify one of the caches... in lieu of the normal cache link at the bottom of the map I get this:

 

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'

 

Permission denied

is there something missing in my software or is this a server problem?
