geocaches in google earth

saw a link a while back for a nifty small program that converted gpx files to kml files... can't find it though a search, does anyone know where to find it?

 

I know google earth is supposed to be able to open gpx files natively, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

nevermind. found it "google earth tweaker"

 

worked perfectly.
