SE Wisconsin Map

I am guessing the answer will be no but need to ask just to find out for sure. Is there a detailed street level map I can get for my Etrex Legend for SE Wisconsin or at least Metro Milwaukee anywere on the web?

If you are asking if there is a detailed map of the area that you can load into your gps at no cost, I don't know of any.

 

If you need detailed maps on your gps all the time, you can purchase a product such as Garmin Mapsource City Navigator for use with your unit.

 

If you just want to see maps of the area, there are many online, as you no doubt already know--yahoo maps, google maps, etc.

 

I never loaded additional maps into my Legend, although I used it for the first year or so I cached. I just looked over the maps linked to the cache page before we took off, and once in a great while I printed one off to take with me. When we switched to units with auto-routing, we bought City Select too. In retrospect, I can see they might have been handy even with the Legend.
